As part of my role, I:

  • Collaborated with the engineering team to establish the design system and component library foundations.

  • Aligned with the product team to implement streamlined processes for translating business requirements to the design team.

  • Created cross-platform user journeys for responsive web and native mobile applications.

  • Leveraged quantitative and qualitative data to inform and validate design solutions.

  • Conducted user testing to gather feedback, identify gaps, and refine proposed designs.

  • Presented design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner, actively seeking feedback to enhance designs and develop robust solutions.

  • Mentored junior and intermediate designers and contributed to the hiring process to foster team growth.
