I performed various design tasks, including usability testing through in-company and email surveys, usability benchmarking and competitive analysis of competitor's products and services, and user testing and feedback to identify and prevent red routes on essential user journeys.

I utilized UXPin for wireframes and prototyping and defined user flows on digital and offline channels. I also contributed to the product development of an Android-native mobile app and created landing pages while analyzing posts to optimize the conversion funnel. Lastly, I designed style guides and UI elements using Photoshop.
