Rogers

As a design manager, I oversaw design teams for Wireless and Residential LOBs at both Rogers and Fido, operating across Toronto and Montreal. I played a pivotal role in creating the digital design system for both Rogers and Fido, contributing to developing a consistent and recognizable brand identity across digital touchpoints.

I maintained regular communication with Product, Development, Marketing, and Brand stakeholders to balance business objectives and customer needs. As part of my role, I facilitated the release of mass and targeted campaigns, products, and services while scaling up the design team and providing mentorship and guidance to teammates.
