Defining consciousness expansion is indeed a complex undertaking. Through my journey, I have embraced a universalist approach, immersing myself in studying and practicing Eastern and Western esoteric, philosophical, and spiritual traditions.

Given my Brazilian heritage, my spiritual pathway resonates with Santo Daime, a syncretic practice that blends influences from Southern European, West African, and Amazonian South American traditions.

However, at its core, Shamanism embodies the essence of this path.
